Parc-nature du
Ruisseau-De Montigny

Located northeast of Montréal, this 3-km linear park follows the large waterway, transforming at certain spots into waterfalls thanks to its limestone bed. This well-preserved natural site is home to many species of animals.

The park also includes four small islands, near the shoreline of the Rivière des Prairies, which are breeding spots for muskrats, large herons, ducks and fish. Work is under way to make some of these islands accessible to the public.

In the wintertime, the 3-km snowshoeing trail is a must after a big snowfall!
